The State Grid Corporation of China has formulated the “Administrative Rules for Handling Bad Behaviors of Suppliers of the State Grid Corporation”. Suppliers that violate laws and regulations, falsify behaviors, and have major quality, performance, and service issues during the life cycle of the contract and equipment, and take certain measures according to the severity of the situation and the degree of harm.
